Total Body Conditioning will establish a solid foundation of core strength, mobility, and flexibility and progress to body weight strength, resisted strength, cardio and circuit challenges. This class will offer a fun and supportive environment. We will utilize TRX suspension training, medicine balls, bands, jump ropes, stairs, and more. Be ready to challenge your mind and body and get your heart pumping in 2018. It is recommended to have a moderate or higher level of exercise established.
